SmithGroup Names Tim Gregg Health Studio Leader in Chicago

SmithGroup has named healthcare planning and design specialist Tim Gregg, AIA, ACHA to lead the Health studio at its Chicago office. Gregg moves into this position following the promotion of Vlad Torskiy to Health Strategist for the firm’s national Health Practice.

In this role, Gregg will collaborate with local experts and across the firm’s Health Practice to deliver integrated planning and design services to clients in the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Gregg’s career has been dedicated to creating advanced healthcare environments as both an architect and medical planner. He has more than 30 years of experience directing the design and delivery of hospital and healthcare facilities across the Midwest. Notable clients include Advocate Aurora Health, Centegra Health System, Cook County Health System, OSF HealthCare and others.

Gregg is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urban-Champaign, where he earned Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in architecture degrees. He is a registered architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the American College of Healthcare Architects.
